NTMK – Newtown Mt Kennedy

NTMK is an innovative project, currently in the designing phase, designed to serve as both a creche and a community center, fostering a nurturing environment for children and a vibrant meeting space for the community. Located in Ireland, NTMK aims to integrate modern architectural design with the needs of a diverse community, ensuring accessibility and sustainability.

Ergodomus’ scope of work

For this project we conducted a complete structural analysis up to LOD 300. This phase involves detailed modeling of structural elements to ensure safety, stability, and compliance with all local building codes and regulations.

Following the structural analysis, we will advance the design to produce detailed production drawings up to LOD 400. This level of development will provide highly detailed, accurate modeling of all architectural and structural components, necessary for accurate construction and fabrication.
